Registration fee can be paid on the conference site on 13th of May.(对于大陆以外的参会代表，注册费可于5月16日在会议现场交)
At least one author for each accepted final paper should be present on the congress. All congress participants are required to register with paying registration fees. Each paid registration covers only one paper.
Registration fees include congress materials, banquet, lunches, break coffees and teas, attending all technical sessions.
Early-bird Registration deadline: 1 April 2013
(please note that papers can only be finally published in one of the ten journals (JIOPM, JCAMS, or JEM, or COC, or JNanoR, or KEM, or TOEJ, or AJES, or CM), providing that the paper passes the review process and the registration fee is paid before 1 April 2013.
For AM2013 delegates residing in Mainland China is 2800 CNY (for students: 2000 or 2400 CNY,the detail information for publishing paper is in the registration form), whereas the registration fee for delegates residing outside Mainland China is 480 USD (for students: 450 USD).
Registration after 1 April 2013
For AM2013 delegates residing in Mainland China is 3000 CNY, whereas registration fees for delegates residing outside Mainland China is 500 USD.
Registration fee for each accompanying person is 1000 CNY or 150 USD.
Attention !!! So far, the organizing committee has not agreed to waive anybody from registration. The organizing committee will not cover any fee for delegates in traveling and accommodation, by considering the high cost in organizing conference. Thus, all delegates need to pay the registration fee and their own accommodation. Any understanding that session (co)chairs, keynote talks or invited lectures do not need to pay the registrationis unacceptable. The formal invoice will be dispatched in site (please show your bank remittance copy). The invoice can also be sent on request (after march), if you can not attend the conference in person but have submitted your manuscript collected by the organizing committee.
